These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of spencersautostyling.com and to any services provided by Spencers Auto Styling LLC, doing business as Spencer's Auto Styling. By using this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and pricing

All pricing on this site is approximate. Quotes are issued in writing or by phone after we've reviewed your vehicle, surface, or project, and the final price is whatever is agreed at booking. Pricing assumes the work is performed on the vehicle or surface as described to us; significant changes in scope may require a new quote.

Deposits, scheduling, payment terms, and any cancellation/rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking and form part of your agreement with us for that specific job.

Workmanship and warranties

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms depend on the service:

Window tint installation — lifetime warranty on the installation itself, against bubbling and peeling, when properly cared for.
Vinyl wraps — manufacturer warranties on the film (typically 5–10 years depending on the product) plus our installation warranty, documented at the time of service.
Ceramic coatings — warranty length depends on the product tier selected; we'll walk you through the options before applying.
Detailing — quality of the work is our standard; speak to us within a reasonable time if anything is not as expected and we'll make it right.

Warranties don't cover damage from accidents, abrasive washing, harsh chemicals, improper care, or modifications/work done by anyone other than us.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate information about the vehicle, surface, or project
Honor scheduled appointments or notify us in advance if you can't make it
Pay agreed amounts according to the terms set at booking
Care for the work as directed (specific care instructions are given at pickup)

Website use

The content on this website (text, graphics, photos, logos) is owned by Spencers Auto Styling LLC or used with permission. You may view and share it, but not republish, copy, or use it commercially without written permission.

The website is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or that the site will be free of errors. Pricing, service descriptions, and gallery images are illustrative — final terms are set at quote/booking.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spencers Auto Styling LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or engagement of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
